Policy
Deposits & Payment Method
→All deposits and/or additional service fees are non-refundable.
→A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits must be sent by e-transfer to Sotrndy.info@gmail.com. The balance is to be paid on the day of your scheduled appointment.
→VIP hours: $40
→Cash and e-transfer only are taken on the day of your appointment.
Availability
→Availability is ran on a monthly basis. If you are unsure of availability for your preferred date that is more than a month away you may contact me through email to secure it. Please do not try and book more than a month in advance.
Cancellations
→All cancellations are to made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
Timeframes
→Please allow up to 48 hours for a response regarding any inquires. If your inquiry is urgent please highlight that in the subject line of your message and I will do my best to get back to you as soon as I can.
Add ons
→Add ons are NOT included in your total at checkout but will be included in the balance owed on the day of your appointment. Please use the blank space labelled "Additional questions/notes" to state your desired add on or send us an email. All add ons are an additional $10.
Add ons include: Eyebrow grooming, upper lip/ chin hair grooming, rhinestones.
On the day of your scheduled appointment, please ensure the following:
→Your face is fully washed and free of any product.
→Bring pictures (if you haven't already sent some). This will give me a great visual representation of the look you desire!
→Wear a shirt you can easily slip off, this way when you're ready for your event, you won't need to worry about smudging any makeup.
Please be sure to understand the different services listed below:
→(Ex. Effortless glam is little/no eyeshadow, Soft is the medium and Full glam is dramatic)
Covid- 19 Safety Precautions
I am following guidelines to protect against the spread of COVID-19 to ensure all clients and staff remain safe.
Services will NOT be provided to anyone who is sick or exhibiting signs of illness.
→Masks are not required but may be requested.
→I will ensure my hands are thoroughly washed and sanitized. Clients must do the same.
→All services will be scheduled with adequate time in between appointments to properly disinfect tools.
→Cashless payments are preferred but not required.
